How the Cinhpump@ air pump works

1. Cinhpump@ air pump is mainly completed by the continuous reciprocating movement of the piston in the cylinder. The entire process of the piston reciprocating in the cylinder is divided into intake, compression and exhaust processes, collectively referred to as the working process.

1.1 Inhalation process: When the piston moves to the right, the volume on the left side of the cylinder increases and the pressure drops;

When the pressure is slightly lower than the pressure in the intake pipe, the gas in the intake pipe pushes the intake valve into the cylinder and continues to enter the cylinder as the piston moves to the right until the piston in the piston compressor moves to the intake pipe. Right end.

1.2 Compression process: When the stop piston moves to the left, the volume on the left side of the cylinder begins to shrink, and the gas is compressed to increase

The pressure rises accordingly. Due to the non-reverse effect of the intake valve, the cylinder gas cannot flow back into the intake pipe. The stop piston continues to move to the left, the internal volume of the cylinder shrinks, the gas volume also shrinks, and the pressure continues to increase.

1.3 Exhaust process: With the continuous leftward movement of the piston in the piston compressor, the gas in the cylinder is compressed to make the pressure

Continue to rise. When the blocking pressure is slightly higher than the gas pressure in the exhaust pipe, the gas in the cylinder opens the exhaust valve and is discharged into the exhaust pipe. Then, the piston moves to the right again, repeating the above three continuous working processes of suction, compression, and exhaust.

2. The double-acting type of compressed gas of the piston compressor, the crankshaft can complete two working processes for one revolution.
